Shipping

All Perfectly Pierced uses different shipping profiles, depending on the destination and the value of the order.

Within the Netherlands

Orders up to €100: letterbox parcel with track and trace.
Orders from €100: shipped with insurance.
Orders from €200: free insured shipping.

Within Europe

Orders up to €500: shipped with insurance.
Orders from €500: free insured shipping.

International

Orders up to €500: shipped with insurance.
Orders from €500: free insured shipping.

The current shipping costs, including VAT, are always clearly displayed during checkout. You can also calculate the costs in advance in your shopping cart.

Delivery time

Orders paid before 13:00 are shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped no later than the next working day.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, delivery takes place within 4 to 7 working days, depending on the distance and the delivery service. In exceptional cases, the statutory maximum delivery period of 30 days may apply.

Risk

All Perfectly Pierced bears the risk of loss or damage to the order until the moment it has been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you.

Local pickup

If you choose local pickup, you will receive a “Ready for pickup” notification as soon as your order is ready. This is usually within 24 hours.

There are no additional costs for local pickup. Orders remain available for pickup for 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.
