Returns at All Perfectly Pierced

We naturally hope that your purchase is exactly what you expected. If you are not satisfied, you may make use of your right of withdrawal. Below, we clearly explain how this works.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. If you wish to make use of this right, please let us know within 14 days by email at info@allperfectlypierced.nl, including your order number.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the products.

Exceptions due to hygiene and sealing

Piercing jewelry falls under products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. For this reason, we ship our piercing jewelry in a transparent, sealed bag. This allows you to assess the jewelry without opening the packaging.

Returns are only possible when the seal is unopened and undamaged.

The product must be unused and undamaged and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging. Always make sure to use sturdy packaging so the item arrives back to us undamaged.

Shipping costs and responsibility

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. A return shipment remains your responsibility until we have received it. We therefore recommend using a shipping method with track and trace and keeping your proof of shipment.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs where applicable, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products or until you have shown proof that you have sent the products back.

Please note:

If your original order was over €200 and you qualified for free shipping, but your order total falls below this amount after the return, we will still charge the shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, online exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different size, colour or product, please place a new order.
