An additional supplier warranty applies to some of these jewelry items. This warranty is intended for manufacturing defects.

When warranty may apply

Warranty may apply when there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect in the jewelry.

When warranty does not apply

Warranty does not apply to damage caused by use or by your own fault. This includes, among other things:

• bending or breaking of the jewelry
  
• damage due to dropping, bumping or getting caught on something
  
• damage due to incorrect opening, closing, insertion or removal
  
• damage due to self-modification of the jewelry
  
• normal wear and tear
  
• discoloration or damage due to improper use, cleaning products, cosmetics or other external influences
  
• loss of parts
  

Assessment of a warranty claim

Whether a piece of jewelry is covered by warranty is always first assessed by All Perfectly Pierced and, if necessary, by the supplier.
Therefore, a report does not automatically mean that a warranty claim will be approved.

How to submit a warranty claim

Do you think there is a manufacturing defect? Please contact us via our contact page and include the following:

• your name
  
• order number or proof of purchase
  
• clear photos of the jewelry
  
• a brief description of the problem
  

Return for assessment

If assessment based on photos is not sufficient, we will ask you to return the jewelry to us.
In some cases, we will forward the jewelry to the supplier or manufacturer for further assessment or repair.

Shipping costs

The costs for sending a piece of jewelry in the context of a warranty claim are at the customer's expense.
This also applies when a piece of jewelry needs to be forwarded to a supplier abroad for assessment or repair.

Important to know

An additional supplier warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.
Damage resulting from use, careless handling of the jewelry or self-inflicted damage to the jewelry is not covered by warranty.

Legal rights

This warranty policy does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
